By downloading, accessing, or using Nurse Note AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Nurse Note AI is an AI-powered documentation assistant designed to help healthcare professionals improve the clarity, structure, and reliability of their notes. The App does not provide medical advice, nursing advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and approving all content generated by the App before clinical use. You agree not to rely solely on AI-generated content for patient care decisions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could interfere with the operation of the service.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require an active subscription. Payments are processed through Apple. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple Account Settings.
